GRAY BASEMENT KIT

A 2-part, water-based epoxy designed for maximum performance and superior adhesion on concrete basement floor surfaces. Single coat coverage. Helps control odors and mildew commonly caused by basement dampness. Medium gloss finish. Beautifies while protecting floor from spills and scuffs. Spills clean up with soap and water. Tested first in meeting the demands for below grade applications. Breathes through microscopic pinholes in the surface preventing peeling and blistering from trapped moisture. Low odor and non-toxic. Can be applied with trim brush or trim pad edger and roller. Sprinkle decorative paint chips on the coated area to provide a terrazzo-like, non-slip surface. Each kit covers approximately 250 sq. ft. Kit includes epoxy shield prep floor degreaser, 2-part epoxy floor mixture, decorative color chips, installation booklet, and stir stick.
